Customer Service Specialist

Baker Hughes Only_ Account Management, Oversee Service Technicians for the Account, Indirect upselling on Accounts, Customer Service.<br><br>Position is responsible for all customer service operations for, not only Romania, but all OIC in Continental Europe.<br><br>Main responsabilities:<br><br>- handle POs received from the customers, enter in SAP ZQM quotations & create sales orders<br><br>- prepare order acknowledgement<br><br>- centralize all delivery requests received from customers/sales<br><br>- create delivery ticket from ISTO, create shipments and handle the intercompany transfer between plants<br><br>- handle the communication with warehouse and carriers regarding delivery requests<br><br>- request quotations for transports and plan the shipments<br><br>- create and send the warehouse/carrier instructions with all related documents<br><br>- proceed with GR/PGI<br><br>- create DTs from sales orders and request for invoicing<br><br>- update and handle the Outbound file report for open orders/ deliveries<br><br>- manage supplier details in the ARIBA system<br><br>Desired characteristics:<br><br>- University Degree<br><br>- Good English knowledge<br><br>- Advanced Microsoft Office skills<br><br>- Basic SAP knowledge<br><br><b>About Us:</b><br> With operations in over 120 countries, we provide better solutions for our customers and richer opportunities for our people.
