GFS Tools Manager & Process Owner

What will you do? For our Global Field Services (GFS) division, we are looking for a “GFS Tools Manager & Process Onwer” who works for the region of Belgium, based in Brussels, Belgium. As a part of GFS Services Excellence Team, you support your colleagues in their daily activities for all topics linked to bFS, Tools & Cybersecurity. You are the second line contact for GFS teams (FSR, Planners, Project Managers, Order Management, Sales,…) and will help them to solve tools issue, inform them on processes, share best practices,… With the Tools Super Champion and Method Engineer, you follow processes, support and give trainings to GFS colleagues and propose improvements. Specifically, you are the SPOC for Corporate for topics related to Tools & Processes. You actually want to lead the processes and improve the use of digital tools. You support your colleagues and manage tool administration. You participate proactively to change initiatitves. Your daily task and responsibilities Delegated Admin Salesforce (bFO, bFS, ServiceBoard,…) SPOC of Level 1 support and super champions Provide Level 2 technical support to users – escalate to the next Level when needed Carry out user management Participate to local reports & dashboards development and maintenance Remain in contact with local champions, bFO Entity Leads and Data Stewards Participate to Network of Excellence & Collaborate and interact with other Local DA peers (e.g. on Yammer to share Best practices, issues…) Manage administration of list views and public groups Closely work with Data Stewards to improve Data Management Key User SAP SPOC for topics linked to SAP for GFS Provide technical support to users & Escalate when needed Develop general knowledge over SAP processes and Data Develop specific knowledge of GFS processes within SAP Stay up to date of SAP processes evolution Participate to SAP project Closely work with Data Stewards & colleagues to improve Data Quality Process Owner SPOC for Corporate Processes impacting GFS Support the Tools Super Champion & Method Engineer to translate corporate processes into local operation processes. Evaluate impact of processes & tools evolution on group & local processes. Participate actively to development & improvement of tools & process by taking part to pilots, test groups, new functionalities,… Analyze impacts of processes on “basics” need (data management, knowledge,…) Transversal actions Suggests and coordinates improvements linked to job scope Participate to group & local initiatives/project (pilots, tests,…) In collaboration with Tools Super Champion and Method Engineer, give general training on GFS processes & tools Follow up information via available channels (mail, Teams, Yammer,…) Coordinate with Tools Super Champion and Method Engineer Maintain general knowledge over GFS processes and activities Maintain practical know-how with operational teams What qualifications will make you successful? Your education and experience 3-5 years’ experience You speak French and Dutch (or are ready to learn the 2nd language). You have good written English communication skills (international context). Ideally, you have knowledge of Salesforce (bFO/bFS) and related tools. Ideally, you have knowledge of SAP. Ideally, you have experience in Services activities. Ideally, you have experience in giving trainings. Ideally, you have experience with process management. Your personality and goals You are proactive and want to support your colleagues.
