A fantastic SEN school in Bracknell are searching for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work closely with their students with social, emotional and mental health needs. They are looking for an LSA who is compassionate, resilient and willing to learn. The primary school offer fantastic training in behaviour support and mental health so you will be prepared to support this students to the best of your ability.</p><p> </p><p>This opportunity to work with social, emotional and mental health needs is available to start ASAP and will be a full-time, long-term position. The school will consider learning support assistants both at a graduate level as well as those who have experience working with SEN or children in general. Most important to the school is your passion for helping young people with mental health as the children are in the heart of everything they do!</p><p> </p><p>As a Learning Support Assistant you will be supporting the emotional development, behavioural needs and academic development of the students, overcoming any barriers to learning and promoting self-esteem.</p><p> </p><p>If you are hoping to explore a career in Psychology, Education, Social Work or in the Criminal Justice system this is a fantastic opportunity for you.
