You will be integral in verifying that our products meet quality standards<br><br>As a Quality Leader, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Owning, managing and monitoring quality related programs and activities as required within their site, covering all processes within the site.</li><li>Leading process improvement and Lean Six Sigma project initiatives; negotiate and work with external vendors on process improvement initiatives as required.</li><li>Creating effective communication with other functional areas required. Influencing peers to meet the objectives.</li><li>Driving quick and effective closure of any assigned CIRs, Audit Findings, RCAs/NCAs, and CAPA cases.</li><li>Driving customer interventions, developing Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (FMEA), and initiate/drive corrective actions and preventive actions (CAPAs) within the site.</li><li>Owning the site's Quality Management System (QMS) and documentation, including policies, procedures, and work instructions covering all processes within the site.</li><li>Working with the customers to gain real-time
