What will you do? The Schneider Development Program - Finance provides leadership experience to top recent graduates interested in a career in Finance. In this program, you will have the opportunity to move through several rotations over the first two years of your career with Schneider Electric. Rotations in this program may include Global Supply Chain Finance, Solutions & Commercial Finance, Accounting, and Financial Planning & Analysis (CoE). The goal of the program is to attract top financial-minded talent to develop future Finance leaders through an accelerated learning environment with an emphasis on leadership development and high performance. These rotations will allow you to gain a broad range of experience in career paths in Finance before finding your permanent role following the program. What's in it for me?
