The rapidly expanding IT Advisory team is looking for a functional Senior Consultant, Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) to join the team for its Oracle practice in Montreal. Our Advisory professionals are trusted advisors of the world’s leading organizations focused on creating and sustaining value for our clients. Our professionals work with senior leadership across functional areas, applying our expertise and deep industry knowledge to develop innovative, technology-driven solutions to solve our clients’ business challenges and help them grow and achieve financial results. What you will do Proven experience with typical Integration frameworks with good understanding of Web Services, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, XML, XSLT and XQUERY Experience with application Integration with Oracle SOA, Oracle Service Bus and with Oracle Integration Cloud. Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) with a strong understanding of OIC adapters and different orchestration integration patterns. Experience of integrating different applications across Cloud and on-premise leveraging pre-built integrations, cloud adapters, connections etc. Good understanding of performance tuning best practices and experience improving processing times Experience with historical data conversion and migration Ability to work in a blended Global delivery model and lead teams across shores. Good interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated experience as a senior resource facilitating client meetings and leading in the definition of system architecture and design Oracle certifications in Integration space Experience leading delivery of large integration & data conversion projects Experience with complex PL/SQL scripting including stored procedures, packages, functions, views etc. Understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and PaaS4SaaS architecture Broad understanding of best practices & business processes in HCM space What you bring to the role Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience 8+ years of experience as a technical resource on Oracle projects 5+ years of relevant experience with Oracle Integration Cloud Participated in 2 or more Integration projects, end to end Keys to your success: KPMG individuals Deliver Impact | Seek Growth | Inspire Trust and understand that a diverse workforce enables us to deepen relationships and strengthen our business.
