We deliver successful business outcomes on a range of different types of work at varying scales including; managing large data-led contract remediation engagements, providing legal support on individual contract negotiations and running client outreach and query management helpdesks.<br /><br /><b>Skills and Experience</b></p><ul><li><p>Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating financial contracts within in-house legal departments/law firm or corporate environments</p></li><li><p>Proven analytical and sceptical mindset with an ability to develop solutions to technical problems</p></li><li><p>Excellent written and verbal negotiation skills</p></li><li><p>Experience in reporting on complex cases to include progress and issues</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>About the Role</b></p><p><br />This opportunity is in our fast growing team as a Legal Operations - Senior Associate | Financial Services. We are looking for legal-focused professionals who have experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating financial contracts in a legal and/or financial environment.<br /><br /><b>Ke</b><b>y Responsibilities</b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of financial contracts</p></li><li><p>Following a predefined approach to negotiations</p></li><li><p>Managing escalations of complex cases, ensuring the right SME insight is obtained and cases are brought to a resolution</p></li><li><p>Checking legal documentation for quality, consistency and content</p></li><li><p>Client outreach activities across a number of different regulations and document types. Supporting customer service activities and supporting junior members of the team handling complex or difficult client situations</p></li><li><p>Case and documentation review - analysing legal and other documents to identify key facts, anomalies, etc, for categorisation</p></li><li><p>Managing your own workload, including reporting on progress and issues.
