Job Description Job Description Manager, App Dev & Support Job Details Posting Job Title Senior Java Lead Developer Job Purpose As a Senior Lead Developer, you will mentor the performance and success of a small team of associates. You will collaborate with leadership and act as an SME. You will have an opportunity to improve efficiencies. Responsibilities Responsibility 1 Understanding the SDLC lifecycle and provides support during all stages Responsibility 2 Having the ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies and processes Responsibility 3 Knowing AGILE software development principles and methodologies. Responsibility 4 Working with Infra teams to architect and solve environmental challenges. Responsibility 5 Working with Business team and end users on application requirements and production issues Responsibility 6 Analyzing production issues and provide guidance to the offshore team Requirements (Skill/Experience) Requirement 1 Experience with Java EE/J2EE, Spring framework, XML, SOAP, Servlet, Web Services, Java Security and other relevant Java technologies. Requirement 2 Experience with standard Java developments tools including IDEs like eclipse, RAD, build frameworks, and source code control. Requirement 3 Experience in Web Services standards and technologies Requirement 4 Able to perform Oracle, DB2 database experience including transaction management, SQL programming, schema design and JDBC Requirement 5 Experience with development/deployment of applications in WebSphere and Tomcat application servers.
