About the Role As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be supporting Californias Parks and Hearst Castle Tours customers as the first point of contact. You will answer questions concerning their accounts and assist with any account issues while providing them with exceptional customer service. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: Working in a structured environment for the duration of your allotted, full-time schedule taking high-volume calls from customers Must have strong people skills to build a genuine connection with a customer over the phone and chat. Can navigate multiple applications and research solutions with ease Take camping reservations and payments for the State of California and Hearst Castle Tours Provide calm conflict resolution and problem resolution for frustrated customers We offer: A Full time, onsite, regular position Monday-Friday Schedule; 9:30am-6:00pm PST $18.50/hr. (Non-Bilingual Rate) $19.50/hr.
