<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p>A suitably qualified and motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor/Estimator is required to work within a team providing both pre- and post-contract advice for all building related matters including Project Management and Estimating for our in-house Operations team on minor and major schemes for Housing and Education together with other public buildings.</p>
<p>We are looking for a dynamic candidate experienced in all aspects of quantity  surveying, estimating and project management roles who is self-motivated, used to working to deadlines and has experience in the use of NEC contracts.</p>
