Reporting into the VP Greater China & Intercontinental Pharma Tech the Director of Technology ANZ is a critical, high profile leadership position with over-arching responsibility for leading the technology function at GSK including the development and implementation of technology strategy, plans and initiatives for our ANZ pharmaceutical business. In addition to building, coaching and inspiring a high performing technology team you will be accountable for: Working with the ANZ leadership team to develop and deliver IT strategies, solutions and services that drive the key business growth and align to the global simplification agenda. Developing and sustaining deep and strategic relationships with business stakeholders to drive the Tech agenda to align with the desired business outcomes. Supporting the implementation and optimisation of digital channels that deliver a great customer experience for patients and healthcare professionals. Driving the adoption of CRM and multi- channel marketing platforms ensuring that we take an aligned and consistent regional approach. Ensuring the effective delivery of projects, with appropriate processes and controls to deliver against timelines, quality and cost. Managing the full lifecycle for solutions and services ensuring continuity of services. Providing leadership and opinion to the ANZ pharmaceutical leadership team by proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and raising challenges to meet business objectives and mitigate risks. Vendor and service management: accountable for ensuring the right services levels are in place and maintained in line with business needs. To be successful in the role you will have: Significant technology functional leadership experience. Excellent business partnering skills and ability to influence across boundaries and a broad range of cross function regional and global stakeholders. Proven experience in IT strategy development, solution design, programme or project delivery and service management Vendor management including experience working with outsourced/regional hubs and outsourced technology support models.
