Technical Support Level 1 Sensors

This is predominately an office-based role responsible for handling commercial and technical customer queries on Telemecanique sensors, with the primary aim of maintaining customer satisfaction. Technical queries beyond your scope will be logged and escalated up within the wider CCC organisation and pro-actively managed through to a satisfactory outcome for the customer. This position will report directly to the European CCC Team Leader. Occasional travel for internal meetings and customer meetings is required. What qualifications will make you successful? Previous experience in customer support role or internal sales is desirable Working knowledge of basic electrical products an advantage. Knowledge of sensor technologies a bonus BSc/HND in Engineering – Industrial Automation preferred Fluent in English both written and spoken. A 2nd language preferred. Previous CRM experience an advantage Digital citizenship/PC Skills – at least basic level is essential (Microsoft Teams, Bfo, SAP, MYSE etc) Ability to multitask (logging queries while speaking with customers) Strong interpersonal skills and professional standard of written and verbal communication skills Ability to work on own initiative, but also as part of a team Flexible approach with the ability to adapt to change and learn new skills quickly Time management skills, with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads calmly and effectively
