Support BI&A team to develop forecast assumptions and scenarios for Hematology franchises as well as to provide market insights and performance read to facilitate commercial strategy of Hematology and Immunology Key Responsibilities Support China LTFP and hematology forecast including all products/indications to develop forecast modelling & assumptions and clearly document and communicate supporting data/facts/rationales, and keep connection with global modeling team Support forecasting enablement consistent with the financial planning calendar and ad-hoc business need, connect ZS on all platform and training to the team, and coordinate BI&A all franchises’ forecast submission at all forecasting cycles Support to establish the scorecard with KPIs for launch product/indication and pre-launch product/indication of Hematology and Immunology Provide integrated findings with primary research, secondary data and competitor intelligence for Hematology & Immunology monthly business review Required: More than 2 years forecasting/market research/data analytics experience and related to pharma industry Strong strategic thinking and analytical capability, passionate and sense of urgency Ability in communicating to diverse audience and influencing people, including internal cross-function team and external vendors Understanding of pharmaceutical industry and its key challenges and opportunities, Knowledge in pharmaceutical company pre-launch and post-launch models and experience in Hematology or Immunology is a plus.
