This can include operational tests (both returns and field), technical support, field service or other service request.<br><br><b>Location:</b> Rio de Janeiro or Maca&eacute;/RJ. Hybrid work. <br><br>As an Applications Engineer, you will be responsible for:<br><br>&bull; Owning the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues.<br><br>&bull; Working together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards collecting or giving technical information.<br><br>&bull; Handling targeted clients. Contracts are predefined and a framework of conditions is set and followed.<br><br>&bull; Handling simple project processes. There are detailed guidelines for production and/or simple human interfaces requiring little technical knowledge.<br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have Engineering bachelor's degree and active CREA;</li><li>Experience in Artificial Lift or related activities;</li><li>Demonstrate interpersonal and leadership skills;</li><li>Show ability to influence others and lead small teams;</li><li>Have ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously;</li><li>Demonstrate lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact;</li><li>Have basic English and fluent/native in Portuguese;</li><li>Demonstrate effective problem identification and solution skills.</li></ul><br><br>Work in a way that works for you<br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
