S&P Global Market Intelligence, Software Solutions The Role: Associate Consultant The Team: Professional Services (PS) team for Software Solutions is a global team of knowledgeable and enthusiastic consultants with wide range of skills and capabilities. We manage, execute, deliver or support both the initial and add-on implementations of ThinkFolio, iLEVEL, EDM, WSO, EDM Warehouse and SNL Banker. We use our extensive project experience to help establish our customers what their target operating model is and define suitable solution workflows to support it. This allows us to add value at every step of the organizational transformation. We look at the business processes the solution supports; considering areas of focus related to system performance or new business requirements; and doing health checks of the system configuration. Every year, this this allows us to deliver hundreds of successful client engagements spanning multiple segments and industry verticals. Governance and Strategy Practice is responsible for helping define the services portfolio and develop and transform the delivery and operating model for Solutions Professional Services to be repeatable, prescriptive and outcome oriented. The Impact: Associate Consultant will work closely with the head of the Practice on a range of operational Professional services processes and help with continuous improvements, achieving operational efficiencies and improving the quality of project administration across a wide portfolio of client engagements, and internal initiatives. What’s in it for you: You will have the opportunity to partner with the other Practices the candidate to drive the success of initiatives around projects that support Professional Services organisation, which will include business analysis, reporting and operational process documentation. Responsibilities: Understand the SwS service offering and delivery methodology for different projects Interact with appropriate individuals/entities to gather all pertinent information/details in order to reflect data accurately in internal systems Work with the stakeholders to optimise future state operational process Communicate with stakeholders as needed throughout the project life cycle. Support the Practice and the Head of Professional Services with defining and implementing operational reports for the portfolio Help with data quality assurance for a range of internal data points, related to customer engagements and internal projects. What We’re Looking For: A candidate with the track record of identifying and analyzing problems, identifying and evaluating options, deploying sound decision making skills Able to organize self, including effective scheduling, prioritization, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel, completing tasks to tight deadlines Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to build effective working relationships and establish credibility amongst a wide group of stakeholders The role would suit highly driven self-starters with a strong desire to challenge and deliver Solid track record in showing Microsoft acumen (Excel, Word, Power BI, Power Automate, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Forms, etc.) Fundamentals of Salesforce, SQL and project management experience are desirable We pride ourselves on our agility and diversity, and we welcome requests to work flexibly.
