Partner Solutions Architect

Altria is currently seeking to hire a Partner Solutions Architect to join our team. In this role you will Empower our partners to implement the next generation of Altria programs and services by applying your knowledge of technical architecture and solutioning. This position is a blank canvas to identify how we can best serve those we work with and build the environment most suited for success. This position can be fully remote or based in Richmond, VA. Job Responsibilities: Working with account managers to understand partner technical infrastructures Become the technical liaison for questions or feedback regarding Altria technical products Communicate complex technical information to internal and external stakeholders Develop templated solutions and manage the development resources associated Identify infrastructural patterns and similarities across accounts, and develop roadmaps to implement solutions for the opportunities identified Work with cross-functional teams and play a technical leadership role in new projects Participate in special projects focused on facilitating new programs and initiatives Qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or at least 5+ years of relevant experience with non-technical degree Proficient in Object Oriented Programming Language (Python, Ruby, JavaScript, etc.) Proficient in client application framework (JQuery, React, Vue, Angular, etc.) Experience developing technical documentation for API / SDK integrations Familiarity with firmware, network engineering preferred Experience with mobile application frameworks (React Native, Swift, Android) preferred Experience leading technical teams preferred Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time Company Overview Altria has a leading portfolio of tobacco products for U.S. tobacco consumers age 21+.
