<p>Activities</p>

<p>The Job Holder shall: HSE and CLIENT&
39;S &quot;Code of Conduct&quot;:</p>

<ul>
<li>To adopt and demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regards to CLIENTS &quot;Code of Conduct&quot; and HSE rules and regulations.</li>
<li>To implement HSE requirements and safety culture within his area of responsibility, and to comply with the required HSE training requirements for the position.</li>
</ul>

<p>Contract administration activities:</p>

<ul>
<li>Support the Contracts Manager during the FEED phase in close coordination with TEPA.</li>
<li>Coordinate the Project Contracts, and particularly: -&nbsp;Circulate Routing Slip and Contracts in the signature workflow (internal and external) up to the final signature. -&nbsp;Follow up the administration of contracts into the SAP systems (UNISUP) from registration to final payments. Provide PO numbers to Contractors and issue Service Orders when required (creation of DA, PO, amendment of contracts on SAP, etc) -&nbsp;Review and accept Contract administration management documents prepared by Contractors &amp; Vendors. -&nbsp;Ensure consistency &amp; adequacy of documents such as Performance Bonds, Bank Guarantees, Invoices, Insurance certificates, Subcontracts, Confidentiality Undertakings ... -&nbsp;Attendance to monthly (/routine) meetings with Contractors when required.</li>
<li>Administer the Call For Tenders process for all contracts not managed by packages. -&nbsp;Preparation and processing of Adverts to be published in Angola (for local Call for tenders, when required). -&nbsp;Administration of the Prequalification process of potential Contractors and Suppliers. -&nbsp;Preparation of the Tender documentation. -&nbsp;Review / assessment of Contractual/Commercial &quot;volumes&quot; of the call for tender. -&nbsp;Participate to the preparation of the Recommendation to award for Commercial &amp; Contractual parts. -&nbsp;Participates to the negotiation of the Contracts. -&nbsp;Participates in debriefing sessions of unsuccessful pre-qualifiers / tenders as applicable.</li>
<li>Contribute and administer the Project Contracts &amp; procurement internal procedures.</li>
<li>Assistance to the negotiation of Change Orders on contractual and commercial aspects</li>
<li>Assists the Company Contract Representatives in the timely issuance of interim and final certificates.</li>
<li>Assist the GPI, with the support of TEPA, in complying with compliance processes.</li>
<li>Ensures consistency of information to be shared/received from Concessionaire and Partners -&nbsp;Preparation of approval requests o Follow up List of active contracts o Follow up of approvals/denials from Concessionaire/Partners Reporting:</li>
<li>To prepare project contract activities report.</li>
<li>To work closely with all other GPI team members and contractor counterparts to ensure correct information is transmitted and fully aligned. Position holder is located in Luanda (TEPA offices) and working on residential regime.</li>
</ul>

<p>Context and environment</p>

<ul>
<li>Before FID, development studies for Blocks 20 &amp; 21 are performed by the GPI, which is a multi-disciplinary and dedicated structure, acting on behalf of the Affiliate (TEPA) in accordance with HQ processes in terms of methodology and governance. This choice is justified by project context, field complexity and the overall project schedule (Fast -track project). After FID, GPI structure will be transferred and attached to TEPA. The GPI will manage the project up to the transfer to affiliate Operations teams and after close-out of all contracts.</li>
</ul>

<p>Objectives</p>

<ul>
<li>Support the Project Contracts Manager for all contracts administration and reporting matters of all packages and contracts managed directly by Project Control Team.</li>
<li>Assist the Contract Manager in the preparation and update of Contract Procedures applicable to the Project.</li>
<li>Manage the administration of the Project contracts in SAP System (UNISUP). Required Qualifications and Background</li>
</ul>

<p>Education:</p>

<ul>
<li>BSc in Engineering Discipline, Quantity Surveying or BSc in other relevant discipline.</li>
</ul>

<p>Professional Experience:</p>

<ul>
<li>Qualified Contracts engineer with proven experience in Contracting processes and project services.</li>
<li>3/5+ years&
39; practical, relevant and progressive experience in contracts administration and monitoring of complex technical contracts in the onshore and offshore oil or petrochemical industries.</li>
<li>International project experience.</li>
</ul>

<p>Behavioral competencies:</p>

<ul>
<li>Good communication and negotiation skills, networking.</li>
<li>Autonomy in work organization with a thorough auto quality-control, high pro-activity.</li>
<li>Well identified synthesis skills.</li>
</ul>

<p>Other competencies:</p>

<ul>
<li>Proficient in English. Portuguese is an asset in the local environment</li>
