The team develops products to support a growing the Aerospace business through both Custom Product Opportunities (CPO) and New Product Introductions (NPI).<br><br>The team designs innovative pressure sensors supporting projects from cradle to grave, working closely with all other functions, such as sourcing, advanced manufacturing and quality, as well as with our production facilities.<br><br>As the Electrical Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Electrical design of pressure sensing components to be used in a wide range of Aerospace applications<br></li><li>Designing Change Initiation and implementation in accordance with our business procedures<br></li><li>Manufacturing technical support and provide solutions for production related problems<br></li><li>High standard of documentation for evidence of conformity and technical explanation<br></li><li>Reviewing design specifications and requirements capture<br></li><li>Supporting external customers, internal sales and marketing functions<br></li><li>Continually develop and advance internal operating procedures<br></li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will be:<br><ul><li>Have degree or equivalent qualification in Electronic Engineering<br></li><li>Have experience with PCB design and circuit simulation tools.<br></li><li>Have experience of design and test for EMC.<br></li><li>Have familiarity with IPC standards for PCB design and fabrication.<br></li><li>Have proven ability in low power analogue and mixed signal circuit design and analysis.<br></li><li>Be comfortable working in an environment with high expectations for quality, on-time delivery and deadlines<br></li><li>Have demonstrate excellent communication skills with customers and team members<br></li><li>Have excellent attention to detail<br></li></ul><br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
