Your mission in your new role: Leading the firmware team to develop IO products for industrial automation, from requirement clarification, design implementation to manufacturing, responsible for maintenances of the products in the whole product lifecycle. What’s more, take responsibility for the competence development of the team and care about the career development of your team members. Your new role – Challenging and future oriented 1. You lead, develop and motivate a team of dedicated、qualified employees and professionals to achieve the targets set. 2. You ensure adherence to defined guidelines, processes and procedures for the FW team. 3. You are responsible for engineers’ competence, performance, and team development. 4. You coordinate activities performed by the FW teams of professionals and controls execution according to the organizational guidelines. 5. You closely communicate with other FW team for information sharing, resource synergize, firmware development strategy and target definition across BL. 6. You are responsible to work with strategic product manager in Germany and local product owner to clarify the requirement and solution. 7. You coach and support the engineers in the team and partners to understand the products, customer value and strategy by cooperating with product owners. 8. You love encouraging team to continuous learning and enhance sharing within team and with other teams, drive new innovative ideas. Your Qualifications – solid and appropriate 1. 3+ years of people management and team management with strong leadership, clear logic, and strategic thinking. 2. Basic project management skills to support project planning and controlling, risk identification and so on 3. More than 5 years of professional experience in firmware development, solid knowledge and experiences in embedded software including FreeRTOS, Linux, SSL/TCP/IP, and driver. 4. Good understanding in software engineering, architecture design and quality 5. Deep knowledge in software development methodology (Clean Code, Test Driven Development, Unit Tests, etc.) 6. Good insights in industrial automation application 7. Fluent in English. German is a plus 8. Experience of working with international teams is a plus 9.
