Essential requirements of the role include: Demonstrated experience successfully leading a team including managing performance, engagement and coaching and development. Demonstrated experience and results in meeting departmental goals and objectives; Working knowledge of SAP with intermediate computer skills; Ability to prioritise and work under pressure; A proven team player with the ability to communicate effectively; A record of reliability, safe work practices and proven results; Initiative to learn new skills and challenge yourself; A flexible approach to ensure the job gets done right the first time; Commitment to ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for all.
