Job Overview & Requirements
The Education & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing administration support to Marketing and Education teams. This position will have access to a range of confidential information and so will require the personal characteristics of discretion and integrity. Key responsibilities but are not limited to: Coordinate product send-outs for both marketing and education Coordinate events, conferences, and meetings - either physical or digital Maintain product cupboards with appropriate audit measures in place Download toolkits and file links as requested Assist in the preparation of presentations, documents, and brand bulletins Create shopping carts / POs as required Complete creative briefs for press releases, eDMs and other materials Prepare no charge orders Coordinate all training sessions under the direction of the National Education Manager, including RSVPs, links etc Coordinate all gratis requirements Upload content to all necessary platforms Coordinate incentive programs Manage, order and send out training samples, previews and testers Manage all consultant contact details /WhatsApp/FB maintaining platforms Organise education cupboards and education tools Managing uniforms, send out of uniforms, education materials, hygiene and selling tools Manage backend documents for monthly spends and share with NEM and Finance monthly. Other administrative tasks as set by the National Marketing & Education Managers Qualifications Stay composed, positive, and unflappable even in trying moments; Works with others towards shared goals; Smoothly handles multiple demands, shifting priorities and rapid change Team Player- enthusiastic participation, flexibility, helpfulness and co-operation Organised and careful in work Builds trust through reliability and authenticity Attentive to emotional cues and listens well Anticipates, recognises and meets customers’ needs Handles difficult and tense situations with diplomacy and tact Builds rapport and keeps others in the loop Promotes a friendly, cooperative climate Previous clerical/administration office based position (minimum 2 years); Excellent organisational and planning skills; Computer skills (Advanced level)- PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Adobe Illustrator Job: Marketing Primary Location: Asia Pacific-AU-NSW- Job Type: Standard Schedule: Full-time Shift: 1st (Day) Shift Job Number: 2226415
