Job Description Conduent is the service provider for an exciting new project in Cyprus within the transportation sector. We perform a wide array of services in Curbside Management, Road User Charging, Transit, and Public Safety. This project and this role is foundational to our growth in Cyprus. Join our Team as a Senior IT Program and Management Analyst Responsibilities include: · Pro-actively monitor communications across all network topologies · Liaise with communications provider(s) and ensure timely resolving of issues · Support company’s network consisting of IP Telephony system, file servers, Managed WiFi APs and User PCs · Analyze and resolve issues related to the OS, network, infrastructure, certificates and tools for PKI, Win10 machines and user AD objects and attributes · Performing successful root cause analysis for complex problem resolution · Design, create, implement and deploy group policy and OU structures to manage various Win10 machine and user policies (and exceptions) in accordance with CISO and business policies · Maintain documentation of deployed solutions, detailed schematics and network diagrams, procedure run books, L1 and L2 documentation · Successfully installing and configuring operating systems, software applications and programs to support end user technology solutions · Ability to act independently based on program requirements and liaise with colleagues from company offices in other countries · Provide input to architected solutions based on customer requirements and coordination with vendors on hardware and software implementation, problems, patches, and upgrades. · Utilizing ServiceNow, follow documented change management processes · Attend client meetings where relevant and recording minutes and action items and follow up internally Preferred Qualifications: · University Degree or a Masters in Computer or Electronics Engineering or Information Science. · Experience in the field of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) (10 years) · Completed a project in excess of €1,000,000 euro · Be a team player · Knowledge of Virtualization (i.e. VMware, vSphere, vCenter) · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Ability to work with end users to understand and resolve their issues · Ability to self manage tasks and time effectively · Strong problem solving skills · Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment · Familiarity with Agile frameworks Scrum and Kanban is a plus Closing Conduent is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, creed, religion, ancestry, national origin, age, gender identity, gender expression, sex/gender, marital status, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, medical condition, use of a guide dog or service animal, military/veteran status, citizenship status, basis of genetic information, or any other group protected by law.
