<b>Overview</b><br />
<br />
We are seeking a Financial Specialist Consultant to join the Affiliates &amp; Structuring Advisory Division within Treasury Financial Advisory Department of Saudi Aramco.<br />
The Financial Specialist leads and advises on treasury matters related to Saudi Aramco&
39;s Affiliates, including Wholly-Owned Joint Ventures, and Public Entities.<br />
As the successful candidate, you will lead the review of affiliates&
39; corporate finance matters including liquidity, working capital, dividends, and capital structure.<br />
In addition, you will evaluate and recommend ways to optimize Intra-group lending, demonstrating an understanding of and structuring and tax optimization opportunities.<br />
<br />
<b>Key Responsibilities</b><br />
<br />
You will have experience in valuation and financial modeling.<br />
Knowledge of debt financing and other instruments.<br />
Understanding of intra-group lending and tax organization.<br />
Applicable team skills and cross-functional experience.<br />
Exposure to Mergers and Acquisitions.<br />
Excellent and proven negotiation skills.<br />
You will be expected to communicate with all levels of the organization including mentoring new hires and presenting on certain occasions to the Saudi Aramco Management Committee.<br />

<b>Minimum Requirements</b><br />
<br />
As the successful candidate, you will hold an MBA or an equivalent degree with Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized and approved program.<br />
