Site Name: UK - London - Brentford, USA - Pennsylvania - Philadelphia Posted Date: Jan 3 2023 Job: Senior Manager, Cyber Security Office Location: US, UK, Poland Job Purpose: The Senior Manager, Cyber Security Office will manage the end-to-end business operations of the CISO Office and contribute to or lead CISO specific initiatives, ensuring they are managed to plan and timelines. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, Cyber Security Office at GSK, this enterprise, global role will include work in the areas of operational planning, budget, contract management, visualization of data and process improvements, driving efficiencies across the team. In line with focus on our people, a significant aspect of the work will involve current and future aspects of the team including areas of organizational composition, talent strategies including early talent, people and skills development plans, culture, and engagement. Key responsibilities: This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following : Support the Chief of Staff in managing all aspects of CSO operational planning activities Build strong, trusted working relationships with the CSO LT and all members of the team Develop and/or establish operational processes across the CSO domain Manage the contracting process, alongside our Procurement, Legal and Finance partners, ensuring timeliness and efficiencies Extract, analyze, and visualize data pertaining to the operational aspects of the CSO Contribute to and/or manage all areas of our people related initiatives Define and manage CISO commissioned projects ensuring delivery on time and on budget Champion our defined activities to realize our GSK culture and collaboration within CSO and across Tech Embed agile product management discipline across the CSO organisation Why you? We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Basic Qualifications: Excellent relationship management, strong influencing, and communications skills Proven responsibility for implementing and embedding a robust set of operational ways of working and ensuring they are practiced rigorously Experience in project management of small to medium initiatives and high-quality outcomes Expert skills in data analysis visualization through Excel and Power BI Experience in embedding Agile Product Management methodology Degree or related experience Advanced Qualifications: Cyber Security knowledge and/corresponding experience working in a Cyber Security Office will be a benefit Why GSK?
