Downstream Planning Manager

Key window working with front office to understand business and push forecast accuracy improvement. Organize the downstream flows within the manufacturing plant and improve the manufacturing SC performance. Responsible to run the Distribution Requirement Planning and the Manufacturing Production Scheduling. Push MPP fulfillment and make adjustment in time. Ensure the update quality and consistency of key parameters of supply and stock management (ex: Replenishment Lead Time, Quantity, Frequency, Stocking policy...). Downstream flow enhancement and drive customer satisfaction. Lead SIOP process. SPS SC downstream items owner. OCP project support. Qualifications Education: Bachelor degree with major in economy or international trade Job Related Experience: 5 years planning experience and 2 years of the leader experience of team management Business Understanding: Key user for planning tools ( SAP, Kinaxis, One MM…) and BI tools ( Tableau…) Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): Fluent English in speaking and writing Schedule: Full-time Req: 0089GC
