The ideal candidate will be a seasoned consultant and client advisor, understanding how Digital can transform products throughout their lifecycle, supply chains, and other business functions. They will fully appreciate the transformation journey required across business and IT. He or she will be passionate and driven to guide our clients through that journey and help them to accelerate and simplify through the product and service solutions we create. They will be confident and comfortable with taking the lead role in shaping, selling, and delivering complex digital consulting programs. We expect the candidate will: Have deep and relevant experience in one or more of the following capabilities: business and digital strategy, business process transformation; supply chain resilience & analytics, enterprise product strategy/enablement/management, and product lifecycle management. Be a seasoned client facing executive having worked in areas of strategy consulting, digital, analytics, automation, and business services. Have and appreciation for clients’ business processes and assess clients’ digital technology maturity, identify gaps and develop a strategic digital roadmap Be playing a leading role in supporting program/project delivery Pull together existing Wipro capabilities to create digital solutions that can be scaled across customers Responsibilities Leading large PLM transformation programs across business, IT and third parties Breaking down client problems into articulate and cutting-edge solutions, and communicating the solutions with clients Managing opportunities through the consulting sales process, and leading subsequent delivery Identifying and leveraging new digital innovations, when defining both 'what' solutions will help a client and 'how' solutions (and projects) are delivered Building strong relationships both with client and across Wipro organizations Keeping a strong eye on value creation, in everything you do – for the Digital Business Transformation practice, for Wipro, and for our clients Business case creation for the client, and management of financials for Wipro To be successful in this role, you must effectively lead in both selling and delivering consulting work, that spans across Strategy, Design and Technology...where Digital lives In parallel to your client focus, you will work to strengthen and constantly evolve our own internal Digital Business Transformation consulting operations as well as market offerings You will be based out of our offices in Bay Area, CA and will be required to travel to client locations as needed Qualifications & Experience 15 years of strong consulting background with global organizations You have led PLM transformation programs, leading a project team and interfacing directly with client stakeholders Charismatic person with gravitas, liaising directly with senior stakeholders up to CXO level Strong presentation, communication, negotiation and closing skills Creative and logical thinker, self-starter, problem solver, and quick learner, with the ability to navigate difficult conversations with customers and colleagues in a well-structured and meaningful way Experience in working in a demanding, high achieving, environment - where making sense of ambiguity is a key to success Extensive experience working across strategy, design, and technology Skills: Must Have: Product lifecycle management (PLM) strategy & process consulting High-Tech industry experience New product development & introduction (NPDI) processes Analytical techniques for assessing the effectiveness of products lifecycles and supply chains SaaS-based PLM technologies (Oracle Agile PLN, Siemens team center etc.) and associated analytical toolsets Enterprise product strategy/enablement/management Business process re-engineering Digital transformation strategy & solutions Program management & leadership Consulting practice development & Operations management Nice to Have: Supply Chain Management operations transformation Supply chain resilience, telemetry, control towers, and analytics Design thinking & product ideation Industry: Management Consulting Job Functions: Consulting & advisory Consultative selling Program & solution delivery Strategic planning Consulting practice management Consulting offering development Business Transformation Consulting
