Every childhood is worth fighting for. This is our belief. It drives us. The Strategy Delivery team works across the NSPCC to help people understand our strategy, develop our approach to delivering the strategy, and contribute to our success. The team does this in four main ways: performance and impact, planning, engagement and communications, and delivering strategic projects.

We are seeking a Strategy and Performance Senior Officer to lead the first of these: performance and impact. You will report on the progress being made towards our organisational strategy, shining a light on successes, and highlighting where leadership attention may be needed. You will draw insights about our progress from data analysis, and will be responsible for the design, production, and dissemination of our quarterly strategy reports and other impact reporting. You will also help us carry out our organisational strategy, keeping the strategy alive and relevant for teams across the NSPCC and strengthening strategic thinking on individual projects and services, so together we make the biggest difference for children.

You will have knowledge and experience of data analysis, and of producing reports, briefings, dashboards and presentations for a variety of audiences. You will be a confident strategic thinker, able to appreciate the bigger picture and apply sound judgment to identify highest impact options. And you will have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, including forming and sustaining collaborative working relationships with a wide group of stakeholders.

Join us and you’ll become part of a team that cares about the work they do and the people they work with. You’ll discover opportunities to grow, along with challenges and a shared purpose that’ll bring the best out in you. And you’ll get to find your own way to make a difference that means more, and that impacts millions of young people’s lives.
