Our field services team support the on-site installation, maintenance and planning of our industry-leading products for our global customers. <br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>As the Lead Contract Manager you'll be responsible for all activities providing the necessary support on post-contractual administration & management, Terms & Conditions of the contract and the Management of claims. Also involves definition, management, and execution of risk modeling activities in support of the contract or project. Also involves definition, management, and execution of contract estimating processes and activities to support project reviews.<br><br>As a Lead Contract Manager, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Reviewing and maintaining an in-depth understanding of the Contract. Ensure full Contract/Risk info are handover during internal transfer from Commercial to Execution Project team.<br></li><li>Working in collaboration with the project team to administer and ensure adherence to contract policies applicable to performance etc.<br></li><li>Leading all contractual communication with the customer, in collaboration with the project manager preparing the impact and scenario schemes. Draft contractual letters replies and notifications.<br></li><li>Developing and administering a contract claims management strategy to grow profitability and increased margins. Maintain contract management documentation and electronic files, including contemporaneously obtaining and filing back-up documentation for delays, claims, back-charges and rejections.<br></li><li>Leading Contract Change Order management. Create and manage a contract activity log to track status and deviation through contract execution by partnering with the project execution team. Implement metrics and identify contract performance issues.<br></li><li>Preparing claims for various issues, including extension of time, corresponding financial losses escalations, loss of productivity, deviations from tender document, execution of additional items and project acceleration. Ensure timely submission of contractual notifications / deliverables.<br></li><li>Contractor/Suppliers claim prevention and recovery. Co-ordinate with Project stakeholders like contractors, suppliers, etc. to ensure that all relevant parties are aware in advance of potential claims.<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><br><ul><li>Have bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.</li><li> Have prior contract administration and claim management experience (min 7 years) </li><li>Have strong presentation and negotiation skills.</li><li>Have oil & Gas / Construction claims negotiation experience.</li><li> Have Previous work experience with Aramco contract department (preferred) </li><li>Be able to handle many complex issues concurrently.</li><li>Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills in Arabic and English</li><li>Have advanced skills in contract terms and conditions interpretation and development.</li><li>Have solid understanding of Business Law fundamentals.</li><li>Have personal computer and software experience including preparation of complex computer graphics presentations.</li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.<br><br><b>Working with us</b><br><br>Our people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
