<b>Primary Purpose of Job</b><br />
Coordinates the tendering and contracting activities from inception of the contract to close-out. The position holder will also require to develop standards, quality and review of scope of works, bill of quantities, specifications, drafting of special contracts to cover specific works. Administer and control the procedural aspects of the contract work to ensure the strict compliance to the laid down tenders and contracts procedures including creating all documentation associated with the issue of invitations to tender and subsequent contracts, verification, administration and documentation of all contracts claims and variations to contracts. Liasing with Contracts department on behalf of sponsoring department.<br />

<b>Education</b><br />
Bachelor&
39;s degree in any engineering discipline.<br />
<br />
<b>Experience &amp; Skills</b><br />
10yrs experience with at least 5 years hands on experience in the field of tenders &amp; contract administration. Strong working knowledge of technical and commercial aspects of engineering business. Working knowledge of SAP Good negotiation skills. Problem solving.<br />
