We create improvements and efficiency through service delivery, remote operations, automation, and advanced analytics.<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>As a Service Delivery Manager - Well Intervention (Vietnam), you'll manage the service delivery for the well intervention portfolio by enabling flawless execution, on time delivery, contract adherence for assigned area of responsibility in a customer facing capacity.<br><br>As a Service Delivery Manager - Well Intervention (Vietnam), you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Managing day to day well intervention for operations in Vietnam<br></li><li>Overseeing the budget and Profit / Lost for the area of responsibility<br></li><li>Collaborating with sales/commercial teams for assigned area to manage the activity forecast and implement pathways to grow the business<br></li><li>Owning the weekly revenue reporting and monthly Billing & Collections processes<br></li><li>Ensuring flawless execution by recording all job information into our Salesforce Lightning-based job scheduling system<br></li><li>Ensuring the team fully understand the contracts/quote for their assigned job portfolio to ensure we harvest our contracts<br></li><li>Having to develop the team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans<br></li><li>Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars.<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent<br></li><li>Have 5 - 10 years of experience in well intervention (incl; Fishing, Plug & abandonment et)<br></li><li>Have team management experience with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills<br></li><li>Be self-motivated and highly organized<br></li><li>Have excellent communication and presentation skills<br></li><li>Have demonstrate ability to analyze, resolve problems and ability to lead projects<br></li><li>Have ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs<br></li><li>Have established project management skills<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
