Senior Systems Analyst - SAP

Responsibilities • Design highly complex data models to meet the needs of the finance systems • Support and maintain data and database systems to meet business delivery specifications • Perform analysis, design of logical data models, creation of physical models, development, and maintenance of standards of meta data • Support on day-to-day reporting and data structure issues. • Work with vendor development team and partner on solutioning. • Ownership to ensure the proposed design/ architecture, deliverables meet the client expectation and solves the business problem with high degree of quality. • Assist in project management responsibility i.e., Project planning, staffing management, people growth, etc. • Build relationship with client stakeholders and lead presentations related to project deliverables, design brainstorming / discussion, status updates, innovation/ improvements, etc. • Collaborate with other ZS internal expertise teams - Finance, IT, Testing, etc. to ensure best in class technology solution. • Outlook for continuous improvement and innovation. • Provide regular updates to team lead and ensure the communication is up to the mark. Qualification & Experience • Bachelor's/Master's degree with specialization in Computer Science, MIS, IT or another computer related disciplines. • 3+ years of relevant consulting-industry experience. • Experience on graphical/ scripted data modelling and data provisioning using systems like SAP HANA, SQL database modeler or MySQL • Good hands-on exposure in understanding the source and target systems, designing mapping & converting rules, and validating the desired results. • Working experience on SQL scripting including stored procedures, table function integration on SAP HANA (or any other database like Oracle etc.) and optimization • 3+ years’ experience with reporting/visualization tools like Business objects, Power Bi, Webi etc. • Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills, and programming ability • Expert in optimizing report performance, handling security, configuring dashboards, apps, and app workspaces by using Microsoft Power BI Desktop, and configuring dashboards by using the Power BI service ZS is a global consulting firm. Fluency in English is required; additional fluency in at least one European or Asian language is desirable.
