The Central Procurement Analyst is responsible for collecting and analyze data related to the products, internal processes, and services that the company uses to operate in the Supply Chain organization and that can be easily used or are needed for other departments to generate value add via internal analysis of the information gathered, completing requests or generating reports. This position obtains and examines technical data regarding product cost structures, technical information, and specifications, process technologies or services needed to complete projects and that facilitate a product or service to clients including figuring out how these statistics impact specific aspects of the Procurement and Sourcing Departments. Key Responsibilities: Creation and Management of Operative Dashboards for Department Performance Gather information from different ERP´s and internal databases in the company to be used for RFx process or negotiation activities creating, analyzing, and documenting the outcomes submitted by suppliers. Analyze and process data that help the procurement members in the development of new ideas, processes, and projects that help to maximize the value add in key activities. Contribute to the correct central team database maintenance via the regular and constant update of corresponding data. Be trained in new portals, ERP´s, etc. in order to improve processes and data gathering. Qualifications Qualifications: University / College degree in Administration, Business or equivalent. 1-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or similar. Tech Skills: Knowledge of SAP Bridge ERP in a Procurement environment is a must. Proficiency in use of Tableau or similar softwares and other Data Modelling & info Transformation software. Understanding of Business management, supply chain management, strategic sourcing, and e-procurement with knowledge and experience in Quotation and Negotiation. Verbal and written communication in English. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Project management and enterprise resource planning experience are a plus. Soft Skills: Analytical skills to process a big amount of data effectively, identify patterns, and form conclusions Capacity for problems analysis and synthesis. Judgment and Decision Making.
