The team is responsible for modernizing and migrating the internal and product platform utilizing latest technologies. This includes leading and coordinating activities throughout development and ensuring the appropriate use of standard models and software packages, standard methods of integration, as well as the development of common application services. Ensure that best development processes and technologies are used in the design, construction, and implementation of applications Ensures timely delivery of the application development projects without compromising quality and performance of the system What We’re Looking For: Basic Qualifications: Bachelors/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent. 12+ years’ experience in application development (including application architecture) 5+ years of leadership experience 12+ years of strong hands on development experience in C
and SQL Server / T-SQL technologies. Advance SQL programming skills Understanding of database performance tuning in SQL Server Experience with data platforms like Databricks Experience with Java Script frameworks Able to demonstrate strong OOP skills Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and effectively within specific timeframes Experience in conducting application design and code reviews Experience implementing: Web Services (with WCF, RESTful JSON, SOAP, TCP), Windows Services, and Unit Tests Excellent problem-solving & troubleshooting skills End to end accountability for team on development and maintenance Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ITIL process Experience with large scale messaging systems such as Kafka is a plus Experience with Databricks is a plus Return to Work Have you taken time out for caring responsibilities and are now looking to return to work?
