As a Production Specialist or Agent, you have the complete knowledge of activities, procedures and tools in your own job. You are responsible for meeting individual productivity and quality targets with focus on personal growth and development Roles & Responsibilities: • Meeting SLA Targets, as per the defined targets • Updates himself/herself regularly with Company policies on Information Security Management System • Ensure adherence to legal & regulatory requirements as applicable to the nature of work • Ensure adherence to Customer’s policies and procedures • Cooperate with Compliance and Security officers with Security Investigations • Access rights compliance • Is responsible for meeting individual productivity and quality targets with focus on personal growth and development Qualifications: Minimum Class 12 Pass Must Have Good to have - Prior experience in the required domain - Has basic knowledge of procedures and able to evaluate correct solutions to problems - Good communication and interpersonal skills both Oral and Written: Ability to clearly communicate in English - Effective Problem solving skills - Analytical and Numerial Ability
