Operating as a solutions focused business partner you will work with the UK based HR team and business leaders to support people processes, projects and initiatives and be prepared to challenge the business to ensure best people practices. Responsibilities Encourage practices to minimize employee relations issues and provide effective resolutions when issues arise Manage Employee Relations casework Support HR team in delivery of HR projects and initiatives Develop and implement actions to maintain and improve employee engagement Provide coaching and guidance to line managers on best practice in dealing with HR matters and where necessary Analyse HR metrics and devise appropriate action plans and solutions. Using data effectively to challenge and influence Monitor and work with line mangers to ensure effective succession planning and talent management. Support and provide guidance to line managers on best practice recruitment and retention activity. Work with Managers and Talent Acquisition as required, to source candidates and fill vacancies in a timely manner Attend interviews as required to support managers and ensure best practice Undertake any required administrative duties supporting various HR processes and work with Shared Services to ensure timely completion of data and reporting Development and delivery of training where required, including induction Support the ongoing performance management processes and annual reviews Maintain knowledge of HR best practice and changes in legislation Qualifications Experience of working across multiple sites including European offices Proven track record of working at Business partner level. Breadth of experience across the HR disciplines Ability to travel as required Background of dealing with complex employee relations issues Proven track record of building relationships with key stakeholders CIPD Qualified OSI Systems, Inc. has three operating divisions: (a) Security, providing security and inspection systems, turnkey security screening solutions and related services; (b) Healthcare, providing patient monitoring, diagnostic cardiology and anesthesia systems; and (c) Optoelectronics and Manufacturing, providing specialized electronic components and electronic manufacturing services for original equipment manufacturers with applications in the defense, aerospace, medical and industrial markets, among others.
