Job Description Designs, develops documents, tests, and debugs new and existing software systems and/or applications. Participates in full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design. Participates in software design meetings and analyzes user needs to determine technical requirements. Consults with end user to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs to meet needs. Creates technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements. Serves as technical Lead on development projects & perform code reviews on code developed by other developers. Able to mentor other Junior developers Identifies and evaluates new technologies for implementation. Creates/maintains documentation for software functionality; project planning; evaluations; budgeting, feedbacks and improvements. Provides estimates, budgets, project flow, client updates and meeting expectations along with keeping up to team aspirations. Minimizes risk, prepares for risk mitigation, keep project on track. Manages user requirements; provides timely project updates. Analyzes codes to find causes of errors and revise programs as needed. Provides feedback for performance appraisals of team members. Experience Required Minimum of 10+ years of software Development experience Strong hands-on experience in Java Enterprise Edition (EE) using Struts framework and Hibernate techniques Strong hands-on experience in developing services & clients using Spring Boot Strong hands-on experience in SQL to handling data in database systems such as Oracle, MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server. Strong experience in Spring Framework such as Spring MVC, IOC, AOP and Spring JDBC Experience in web services integrations (SOAP and REST services/clients) Experience in designing front end interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax.
