You will be responsible for shaping the financial performance to achieve quarterly and annual operating plans.<br><br>As a Country Manager, Gas Services - Algeria, you will be responsible for: o Advising management in the function and/or in the business. <br><ul><li> Lead the planned initiatives internally and with external stakeholders to better position the Gas Services business with SH and in country </li><li> Develop customer relations </li><li> Supporting in decision making about important subjects. </li><li> Presenting to leaders in the business solutions or functional area on functional discipline and business solutions. </li><li> Working with cross functional teams. </li><li> Handling communication with colleagues and business leaders about change of policy and implementation. Skilled influencer, able to communicate complex messages to others. </li><li> Managing customer satisfaction and the implementation of customer value initiatives. </li><li> Ensuring processes and policies are compliant within the country on all business aspects. </li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br> <br><ul><li>Have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university</li><li>15 years of experience, with previous experience in the Oil & Gas / Energy sector</li><li>Have Ability to manage large Teams, multiple layers</li><li>Have Operations/Plant management with focus on performances (KPI)</li><li>Have Full P&L understanding including statutory reporting</li><li>Have Experience in interaction/relationship management with BoD & shareholders is a plus</li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
