Auto req ID: 260487BR Job Description Are you ready to work as a Business Intelligence and AFH Insights Analyst (Temp) in our business in Madrid or Barcelona? This role combines: business intelligence cross-channels highly focused on forecasting to give a holistic market and portfolio perspective AFH Insights to build shopper & consumer insights fundamentals for this channel as key priority to accelerate growth thru distilling shopper insights (drivers, triggers and barriers, key occasions, competitive landscape understanding) and transform it into action plans to succeed in AFH and strengthen customer story telling. Your day to day with us: Grounds & informs IS&OP process (forecasting model) - Delivering systematic trends and robust situation assessments that identify and prioritise market and portfolio/brand growth issues/opportunities Holistic diagnostic of AFH channel thru multisource data (Nielsen, Kantar, NPD, Canadean, external resources, etc.) into actionable insights across all dimensions (categories, brands, shoppers, competitors, channels and customers) unlockong insights, drawing out clear implications and recommended actions to Sales team, Marketing head and Senior management Ongoing management of Kantar data, maximising return from strategic partnership & contract: Market Performance & Drivers from shopper/consumer perspective (occasions, target, consumption drivers and barriers, etc) to distil insights and transform them into actions aiming to accelerate PepsiCo growth Elevate the interaction with targeted customers (current and new clients) thru joint business plans needs. Identify opportunities driven by activations with existing product range. Tailored range propositions to unleash the full power of our portfolio Qualifications/Requirements Strong analytical skills, being able to synthetize and integrate multiple sources seing the connection between different data and trends Proved forecasting experience Accumulated minimum 3 years experience in Insights related funtions Strong communication skills Experience and use of continuous market research tools (e.g. Kantarworldpanel, Nielsen, IRI) Fluent in English Channel and Business knowledge is a plus Relocation Eligible: Not Applicable Job Type: Temporary
