We are currently looking for a Product Application Engineer to advance motor management and contactor sales in Finland and Sweden.The position would primarily be located in Espoo, but this is open for negotiation. You will be working in the Power Products team, providing value to the customer with a wide range of motor management and contactor offers. The main focus of the role is to support and develop sales activities, attend customer meetings, conduct contactor related trainings along with educating markets e.g. about energy saving and efficiency opportunities within our customer businesses. As a Product Application Engineer you will work within the Power Products business unit and collaborate closely with Industry Automation sales and the sales specialist team. You will develop and execute business strategies with Offer Managers, promote new offers and support with product launches. More information about motor management offer at Schneider Electric: https://www.se.com/ww/en/work/solutions/motor-control-protection/ What will you do: Actively promote contactors product family; provide technical product expertise and position the value propositions of contactors within the customer base Apply knowledge of contactor products/solutions/services to meet customer's needs Collaborate with all internal & external business stakeholders to maximize the chances of winning projects Collaborate with various customer segments, e.g. Specifiers, OEMs, End Users and Distributors Support for managing sales tools and product configurations Support offer managers with product data and product launch localization/translations Coordinate contactor related training’s Depending on your ambition and preferences the role can consist of market strategy development and execution Experience and skills, we are looking for: Suitable technical degree (e.g. Electrician or B.Sc. in Electrical and Automation Engineering) Experience with low and medium voltage electricity distribution Know-how of motor starting and manufacturing machinery, all the way from in-coming cables to the PLC controller Ideally experience in industrial automation related solution sales Good and active communication skills, written and verbal Proficient in Microsoft Office Application Knowledge of BI, SAP and CRM systems is an advantage Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken, Swedish is an advantage Relevant experience in large industry domain with solution mindset is highly preferred.
