CHEF DE SERVICE MAINTENANCE

At <b>Eni</b>, we are looking for a <b> Chef Service Maintenance </b> within <b> Groupement Eni/Sonatrach </b> in <b> Onshore Bir Rebaa North, Algeria </b> . You will be responsible for managing and supervising the activities referring to his dept. to guarantee safe production within the cost budget and the specified standards, making sure that the allocated human resources are utilized in the most efficient and effective way to meet the company objectives.<br />
<br />
<b>As a member of </b> <b>the maintenance team at </b> <b> Groupement Eni/Sonatrach </b><b> you will be responsible for </b> :</p>

<ul>
<li>Ensuring the highest reliable availability of the installations, looking at the long term efficiency and the whole life-cycle.</li>
<li>Developing, planning, and monitoring of the Field&
39;s Maintenance plan according to regulatory and technical constraints targeted to the highest availability.</li>
<li>Developing and implementing the GSE maintenance organization, processes, roles and responsibilities, competencies and GSE overall business direction and CMS, providing the framework within which production can be effectively performed.</li>
<li>Developing and keeping updated a detailed maintenance strategy which identifies roles, responsibilities and &quot;battery limits&quot; of company staff and of services companies.</li>
<li>Ensuring that all necessary maintenance procedures and systems are in place prior to production start-up and to maintain plant operability throughout the field life.</li>
<li>Providing support to ensure the effective management of commissioning activities, together with Project Departments, leading to smooth start-up, performance testing and sustainable safe and efficient operations</li>
<li>Providing support to the integrated working groups which have been set up with the project to ensure that design, materials and equipments are up to production and maintenance technical requirements.</li>
<li>Interfacing with relevant company departments on technical, contractual and procedural issues in order to prepare production budget.</li>
<li>Coordinating the preparation of department&
39;s budget, Cost &amp; Performance reports and ensuring the achievement of company financial targets.</li>
<li>Coordinating Maintenance Analyses planning and execution</li>
<li>Ensuring implementation of operational HSE guidelines (EER, OSR , and Waste Management solutions).</li>
</ul>

<li>Engineering degree or equivalent.</li>
<li>Fluent English/French Preferable</li>
<li>experience in the oil and gas industry.</li>
<li>experience in coordination/management position of and Oil &amp; Gas field in similar role</li>
<li>Strong focus on effective HSE delivery.</li>
<li>Ability to effectively manage complex relationships and coordinate business activities in a challenging environment.</li>
<li>Ability to lead and coach both foreign and national staffs.</li>
</ul>
