You will show comprehensive in-depth understanding of highly technical principles in the own part of the function. You will also display good knowledge of technical concepts in technologies that intersect with own technical space.<br><br>As a Turbine Flow Path Engineer, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Leading the conceptual design of new flow path components: conduct the trade off analysis of the possible design solutions, generate 3D models and perform basic mechanical and performance analysis of the chosen solution.</li><li>Leading the mechanical integrity and performance assessment of existing and new flow path components: analyze the functionality, life and performance of turbine components.</li><li>Leading the flow path design of non standard customer projects.</li><li>Perform FEM and CFD assessment of existing and new flow path components.</li><li>Executing design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles, adhering to business standards.</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have a Degree in Engineering with relevant work experience in Engineering/Technology and additional experience in Mechanical Component.</li><li>Be a clear thinker: Make decisions with speed and accuracy based on best available information.</li><li>Demonstrate good communication and leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams within a matrix environment.</li><li>Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills along with interpersonal and leadership skills.</li><li>Be fluent both in English and Italian and hold an EU work permit.</li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
