As a Resources Specialist, you&
39;ll be responsible for all resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers&
39; site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair, and refurbish sold or existing products.<br />
<br />
<b>As a Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for:</b></p>

<ul>
<li>Resourcing deployment planning and execution to meet customer and business metrics&nbsp;</li>
<li>Interfacing with the customer service managers on issues escalation&nbsp;</li>
<li>Developing long range forecast for region resource needs&nbsp;</li>
<li>Developing and execute short and long-range resource plans based on resource forecasts and region business commitments including recruitment, skills reviews, and resource development through advance level training</li>
<li>Working together with people from the business unit.</li>
<li>Specifying activities, planning of activities and giving explanations on technical issues.</li>
<li>Handling standardized project processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions.</li>
<li>Handling targeted clients.</li>
<li>Working based on predefined contracts and frameworks.</li>
<li>Assigning field hands based on competencies and drilling requirements.</li>
<li>Managing Field Work Force rotation</li>
</ul>

<b>To be successful in this role you will:</b></p>

<li>Have bachelor&
39;s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services)</li>
<li>Have to be a positive team player and show the ability to adapt in an ever-changing, dynamic environment</li>
<li>Have good communication skills.</li>
<li>Have excellent Interpersonal and leadership skills and able to work independently.</li>
<li>Have strong problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Have leading initiatives of moderate scope and impact.</li>
<li>Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.</li>
<li>Have effective problem identification and solution</li>
