We take energy forward - making it safer, cleaner and more efficient for people and the planet.<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>As Senior Project Engineer you will lead the execution of projects within Onshore & Offshore, Industrial, Pipeline, Power Generation and New Energy Solutions segments for trains driven by Gas Turbines focusing on the development of innovative projects in Energy transition space, enhancing the industrialization of new products (H2 turbines, Nova LT configurations) and application of pioneering working models.<br><br>As Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Being the coordinator across Engineering project teams and the contact point for customers and company stakeholders supporting the project.</li><li>Super visioning quality and timeliness of projects, establishing a solid connection with Project Management, Supply Chain and Engineering execution team.</li><li>Acting as the technical leader/manager to develop a scope of work and plan schedule and monitor engineering activities for customer projects.</li><li>Providing technical leadership and interface with Proposal Management, Cost Estimating, Partners, Customers, Baker Hughes Product Engineering, Sourcing, Engineering sub-contractors.</li><li>Applying existing technologies, approaches, methodologies in new combinations to design new products, systems or processes.</li><li>Presenting projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders within technical space and occasionally to senior leaders in partner technical teams.</li><li>Communicating solutions across the own function and with cross-functional partner organizations.</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have a Master's degree in Engineering from an accredited University or College</li><li>Have knowledge of Oil & Gas products: Gas Turbines, Centrifugal Compressors, Steam Turbines, Expander and O&G segment applications</li><li>Have professional experience in Customer Project Engineering roles</li><li>Have clear thinking attitude with entrepreneurial mindset.
