Growth and innovation mindset are key to succeed in such an environment! <br><br><b> Partner with the best </b><br> As Plants Electrical Engineer within the broader Electrical, Instrumentation and Control Engineering team, you will work on the electrical design integration of highly challenging projects like liquefied natural gas plants, combined-cycles power plants, turbomachinery and process modularized solutions, ...and much more under development, such as carbon capture and storage applications.<br><br>Specifically, you will be responsible for the following key activities, under the supervision an expert engineer: <br><br><ul><li> Performing design activities of key electrical items at plant level including power generation and balance of plant HV/MV/LV equipment, like switchgears, MCC, transformers, e-houses, local electrical rooms, etc. with focus on Carbon Capture applications. </li><li> Performing or coordinating power system studies, including main equipment sizing validation through load flow and short-circuit analyses, transient stability studies, etc. </li><li> Issuing technical purchase specifications for key electrical items, vendors technical alignment and coordination, design drawings follow-up </li><li> Coordinating external engineering companies as required by ongoing projects </li><li> Providing support to other project disciplines and project management </li><li> Participating to meetings with Customers as per project needs </li><li> Being introduced to New Products Developmen t on ongoing activities <br> </li></ul><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br> To be successful in this role you will: <br><br><ul><li> First of all... be curious, open-minded and have and growth and innovation approach. </li><li> Be a fresh graduate with a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering </li><li> Have good verbal and written skills, be fluent both in English and Italian and hold an EU passport </li><li> Have the ability to work with multi-disciplined cross-functional teams in a global matrix environment </li><li> Show excellent problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills </li></ul><br><br>Differentiating background: <br><br><ul><li> Have at least university-level knowledge of power system studies (knowledge of ETAP software is considered a plus) </li><li> A first work experience in industrial/power plant electrical design is considered a plus </li><li> Knowledge of renewable energy applications (e.g. solar PV, wind) is considered a plus <br> </li></ul><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br> We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
