To coordinate and expedite the flow of materials (from suppliers and within departments) according to production schedules. Plan and schedule material/production needs. Discusses consequences of changes in products and processes for the own team in the manufacturing organization.<br />
<br />
<b>As a Materials Plan, you will be responsible for:</b></p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Managing master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs</li>
<li>Ensuring operational alignment with production plan and KPIs. Optimize inventory and process improvements</li>
<li>Exchanging data and information with supporting functions like sales, engineering, and maintenance</li>
<li>Handling simple manufacturing processes. There are detailed guidelines for producing goods and or simple human interfaces requiring little technical knowledge.</li>
<li>Leading a small manufacturing unit with a budget &gt; $ 1.5 K</li>
<li>Issuing Purchase Orders and expedite as required and to analyze purchase and master data as required</li>

<li>Bachelor&
39;s degree</li>
<li>Have experience in Manufacturing</li>
<li>Fluent English</li>
<li>Excel (PROC V, vlookup) - required</li>
<li>ERP/EMRP experience - required</li>
<li>VBA/Phyton/Power BI - nice to have</li>
<li>APICS - is a plus!</li>
</ul>
