Reaching the targets and goals set for area Establishing or maintaining and expanding customer base Servicing the needs of existing customers Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market Setting sales targets for individual and sales team as a whole Allocating areas to sales team Monitoring team’s performance and motivating to reach targets Compiling and analyzing sales figures Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself Collecting customer feedback and market research Keeping up to date with products and competitors Develop and implement a roadmap for digital sales Drive e-commerce sales performance Identify potential partnerships. Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps Regularly review sales data and create reports for senior-level officers Utilize business intelligence tools to provide sales insights to marketing and sales staff Travel to organization locations within a given area to meet with and manage sales staff Communicate actively with sales teams in each area to help foster a team environment Plan and execute sales meetings to help provide feedback and sales insights Interview and train new sales employee, and overseeing other onboarding tasks as needed Qualifications More than 5 years of experience required in traditional and digital sales Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce. Possess a solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks Well understanding of East Java geographic and culture Well understanding of shipment process to East Indonesia Strong analytical skill Proven sales experience and knowledge, including familiarity with current trends in sales methods Knowledge of or experience with sales & distribution Experience with customer relationship and services Strong communication skills with an ability to communicate across different levels of an organization Notable interpersonal skills with a positive demeanor and ability to provide both positive and negative feedback effectively Willingness to travel regularly to attend and host meetings and assist with general management duties Schedule: Full-time Req: 008823
