Zakres obowiązków: ·Utrzymywanie kontaktów z klientami, budowanie silnych relacji (Customer Satisfaction) ·Nadzór nad jakością procesu produkcyjnego i zarządzanie akcjami ciągłego doskonalenia na przydzielonym obszarze produkcyjnym ·Współpraca z produkcją w zakresie rozwiązywania problemów zgłoszonych przez klientów ·Przygotowywanie i prowadzenie dokumentacji jakościowej do zatwierdzania części (PPAP) ·Nadzór i modyfikacja instrukcji systemowych, standardów i kart kontroli wzrokowej ·Wykonywanie analiz SPC, MSA, PFMEA ·Udział w projektach APQP i ProLaunch Qualifications Wymagania: §Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne §Doświadczenie w pracy na podobnym stanowisku w branży automotive §Wysoka responsywność i odpowiedzialność za kontakt z przypisanymi klientami §Współpraca z działem produkcji przy rozwiązywaniu problemów zgłaszanych przez klientów §Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego §Znajomość języka niemieckiego/francuskiego będzie mile widziana §Praktyczna wiedza z zakresu zarządzania jakością: IATF 16949, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, MSA §Znajomość metodologii rozwiązywania problemów (8D, FTA, itp.) §Dyspozycyjność do odbywania wyjazdów służbowych Eaton is an intelligent power management company dedicated to improving the quality of life and protecting the environment for people everywhere.
