This role leverages deep technology, process, and domain expertise to drive execution across multiple interdependent projects within a program.<br><br>As a Senior Staff Software Engineer, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Collaborating with business and functional partners and technology leadership in defining features backlog and specifying requirements</li><li>Driving technology discussions and strategies in line with business needs and company reference architecture</li><li>Organizing project teams comprising from internal and external technical and functional experts based on scope and timeline</li><li>Managing day-to-day execution of multiple interdependent projects by working directly with global technical teams</li><li>Coordinating execution across multiple projects and drive shared approach and outcomes tracking</li><li>Supporting the execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies</li><li>Managing project risks, scope changes, and other non-standard events throughout the life of the project</li><li>Managing stakeholder communication and progress reporting at various levels of the organization including leadership and executives</li><li>Ensuring quality of deliverables is verified and matching stakeholder expectations</li><li>Tracking project outcomes realization and customer satisfaction levels through established metrics against service level.</li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or
