Architect, Enterprise

<b>Role</b><br> <br>To lead the design, development and governing of the ADD Enterprise Architecture to support the implementation of the ADD Business and IT Strategy, and meet the ADNOC Group's Security Standards.<br> <br><b>Key Accountabilities</b><ul> <li>Lead the development of Architecture Principles, Enterprise Target Architecture, Architecture Repository and Roadmap aligned to the Business and IT Strategy implementation plan</li> <li>Direct the selection of new solutions in line with Architecture Principles to support New Demand</li> <li>Laisse with HQ to align Enterprise Architecture with group driven initiatives</li> <li>Direct and govern project teams, agile teams (including change requests) in line with Architecture Principles and Enterprise Target Architecture (ETA)</li> <li>Continuously look for opportunities to simplify (retire, consolidate, etc.), optimize (address Architecture Gaps) and reduce cost of ownership of the Group's Enterprise Architecture.</li> <li>Research, benchmark latest developments in Enterprise Architecture related to our business needs</li> <li>Recommend technology and product roadmap aligned to business and IT strategy.</li> </ul><br><b>Minimum Requirements</b><ul> <li>Degree in Computer Science/IT, and post degree in Business Management (e.g. MBA) will be beneficial</li> <li>Retail solution design and enterprise architecture experience </li> <li>5-10 years of enterprise architecture experience </li> <li>15 years solution design and development experience</li> <li>Digital agile development (DevOps) experience</li> <li>Innovation aware in areas like Data & Advanced Analytics, Cloud, Mobile, IoT)</li> <li>EA framework certification (TOGAF, Zachman) will be beneficial</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Security certification (CISA, CISSP, CCSK etc.) will be beneficial</li> </ul><br>Group Company: ADNOC Distribution <br><br>Dec 27, 2021
