<p>I'm recruiting for a fantastic charity who provide support to carers in the community. These carers generally are the guardians for children who have come into their care, whether they are an extended family member or someone who has agreed to be their legal carer. The charity aims to empower and support carers, on a one-to-one basis, to support and act as a voice for carers and their families.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>This is a temporary job, starting in January. This role can be worked remotely, but if you would like to use an office space there is one in Vauxhall. This role is working 28 hours per week, these hours can be worked flexibly across the working week. You will be provided with a mobile phone and a laptop. There will be some travel each week, this would typically be either be in the community or at a family home (spanning the Camden, Islington, Hackney and Haringey area).</p>

<p>You will have work experience working with a vulnerable client group and undertaking assessments, ideally you will have worked alongside local authority agencies, ideally public health or children's services. This role involves multi-agency team working, so you will partner and communicate regularly with schools, social workers, the NHS, community centres etc.</p>

<p>You will bring excellent IT skills (Word, email, data recording, Excel) and have experience in using databases, this charity uses Salesforce.</p>
